To accommodate devotees at Govardhan Retreat we are renting the best living facilities available in the vicinity of Govardhan and Jatipur towns. The rooms are quite bright and spacious by Indian standards and usually accommodate 2 to 3 devotees with or without attached bath, depending on the place. The beds are usually fitted with bedding. We arrange for hot bath water in all ashramas. We also arrange for a car to drive devotees from their ashramas to the place of classes.
Govardhan Retreat 2008 is scheduled to take place from November 27 to December 3.
The tentative fee for Govardhan retreat 2008 is 150$.Prasadam, lodging and transportation are included in the fee. Prasadam is cooked by devotees, offered to our Deities and is adapted to the digestive capabilities of Western devotees. It is served 3 times a day in Dvaraka Dham. Bottled drinking water is supplied. A paid washerman service is available. You may also want to bring any medication you are taking, mosquito repellent, torch and candles, and warm clothes, because it gets quite chilly in the end of October in Vrindavan. Please keep in mind that the places are limited and are distributed on first come, first served basis.

VIHE is happy to announce that this year we are having the third Japa Retreat. The dates are November 15 - 20 . We would reside somewhere in the Varshana area,
so we could visit, chant, and hold classes in nearby places (Ucchagaon-Ter
Kadamba, Varshana etc). The main purpose is to work on our chanting so it is
only for those who are very serious about that. We will try to chant 64 rounds
every second day. The tentative fee is 120$.
